aimClear® Continues its Rapid Expansion with Two New Hires


aimClear added two accomplished professionals to its growing team of holistic search and social media marketers. Reed Fulghum and Laura Perttula joined the Duluth office, situated at the crossroads of the city and the Lake Superior shoreline.

“We’re experiencing an exciting surge in growth and we’re thrilled to welcome this pair of remarkable professionals to our team,” said Marty Weintraub, CEO of aimClear.

brings nearly six years of experience developing next-gen’ web projects for agency clients and in-house organizations to his new role as web developer at aimClear. He’s known for creating human-centered websites with elegantly simple designs that promote outstanding user experiences. His unconventional design approach and advocacy for breaking standards has resulted in trailblazing products. He comes to aimClear from a Duluth-based web design agency, and graduated with a degree in computer information science from the College of St. Scholastica.

Fierce organizational planner Laura Perttula brings 25 years of experience to her new role as organizational development manager at aimClear. Perttula comes to the agency from Duluth-based law firm Johnson, Killen and Seiler, where she helped organize and optimize processes for a number of attorneys. In her new role at aimClear, Perttula will help coordinate projects and workflow and implement strategic processes to boost efficiency in the organization and enrich client relationships.
